After receiving the inspection report, we will review it independently, then discuss the significant concerns together.
1. Focus on Major Issues: It's important not to overwhelm the seller with too many requests, as they may refuse to negotiate. Instead, we should focus on critical or deficient items.
3. Negotiation Process: After compiling our list of concerns, we’ll send it to the seller. The seller may agree to fix some items, refuse, or offer a dollar amount instead. We can also get quotes to determine if their offer is fair.
4. Working Together: This negotiation is flexible and varies depending on the seller.
