HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE CLOSING DATE:

1. Scheduling the Signing: Contact me to schedule your appointment. Signings typically occur between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to align with title company and lender wire cutoff times.

2. In-Person Signing: The signing is usually done in person at the title company, so bring your Driver's License. If you cannot attend, let us know in advance to arrange remote signing or a mobile notary.

3. Appointment Time: Signing at the title company takes about an hour, with over 100 documents to sign.

4. Closing Funds: The final cash-to-close amount will be provided by the title company and lender. You can bring this as a cashier's check or, preferably, wire the funds for a quicker and simpler process. Always verify wiring instructions before sending funds.



5. Final Walkthrough:
A walkthrough of the property will occur a few days before closing
typically the night before or the morning of closing.
